I am very excited to announce OPEN/RSM, a new organization that is 100% dedicated to you.  Providing innovative services that maximize productivity and minimize the total cost of ownership of your IT resources.  OPEN/RSM is a separate entity from Cavern Technologies, and has its own brand, its own management team, R&D organization, sales and marketing strategy, but utilizing Cavern Technologies Internet Infrastructure.

What this means for you in the short term is that you won't see any change except the logo, phone number, and address on our communications with you.  Your services are secure, your billing will not increase, and when you call the new phone number it will be a familiar voice on the other end of the line.

Even though we are officially only three days old, OPEN/RSM has many great things going for it that very few other startups have: a 18-year legacy of innovation helping people be more productive, outstanding and loyal customers, and improved products and services that will be introduced in the coming weeks.  We also have an extremely talented team of enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are dedicated to this effort.

The entire OPEN/RSM team wants to thank you for all of your support as we've made the necessary decisions and operational changes to get us to this point.  And your continued loyalty and enthusiasm as we introduce positive changes for you.

Going forward, OPEN/RSM won't be increasing prices and you will receive the great service you've come to expect... And More!  Our plan is to execute as we've promised, and to continue to deliver new innovative services like the upcoming OPEN/RSM Monitoring service. We're also working on complete service enhancements for your Email, WebHosting, and Online Management plans that will help you take advantage of resources not normally provided in the SMB world.
